Built on Trust, Delivered with Precision

We install surveillance systems that homeowners actually rely on

Our Story

twilight-ryder was founded in 2018 by technicians who spent years working on commercial security installations and saw a gap in the residential market. Too many homeowners were sold overcomplicated systems or left frustrated with equipment that didn't meet their expectations.

We started with a simple principle: install what we would want in our own homes. That meant equipment that works reliably, interfaces that make sense, and support that doesn't vanish after installation.

Since then, we've worked with over 400 homeowners across the UK, from flats in Manchester to rural properties in Cornwall. Each installation is different, but the expectation is always the same—systems that deliver peace of mind without constant troubleshooting.

How We Work

Every property has its own security considerations. We don't start with a product catalog—we start with a conversation about what you're trying to protect and how you'll use the system.

Our installation process includes a site assessment, transparent pricing before we begin, professional cable routing that doesn't compromise your home's appearance, and a walkthrough session where we train you on every feature.

We handle the entire process, from selecting camera positions that maximize coverage to configuring your remote access so you can check in from anywhere. If something stops working, we respond. No redirecting to manufacturer helplines.

What Guides Us

Clarity Over Complexity

We explain what each component does and why it's part of your system. No jargon meant to obscure what you're paying for.

Systems That Last

We select equipment based on durability and component availability. Your system should still be serviceable in five years.

Privacy by Design

All footage stays under your control. We configure local storage and encrypted remote access, ensuring compliance with UK data protection standards.
